We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to delete your Benefitty account, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

How to Delete Your Account via Email

If you prefer to delete your account via email or need assistance, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Send an Email Request

Send an email to admin@benefitty.co.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Step 2: Include Required Information

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your full name (as registered)
  • Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Account credentials and login information
  • Saved offers and preferences
  • Usage history and activity data
  • Any communications or support tickets

What Happens After Deletion

  • Immediate Effect: You will no longer be able to log in to your account
  • Data Removal: All personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days
  • Backup Retention: Some data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days for security and legal compliance
  • Legal Obligations: We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes

Before You Delete

Before requesting account deletion, please consider:

  • Temporary Deactivation: If you need a break, contact us about temporarily deactivating your account instead
